The local development model on which the draft Festival is based not only aims at strengthening a cultural center called mechanically to irradiate the surrounding area. It provides a configuration unlike the district, creating an integrated system of actors.
The relationship between culture and territory is crucial to establish processes to value not so much through vertical integration of production chains, as a means of mainstreaming, in which the artistic act as a catalyst to high rate of value-added intangible.
